4C Health Names Kara Conger as 2026 Behavioral Health Champion Award Recipient – Education Champion of the Year 

4C Health is proud to announce that Kara Conger, Guidance Counselor at Tipton Middle School, has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Behavioral Health Champion Award – Education Champion of the Year.


The Behavioral Health Champion Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to advancing mental health awareness, supporting emotional well-being, and strengthening connections between schools, families, and community partners. Ms. Conger was selected for her outstanding advocacy on behalf of students and her unwavering commitment to creating a supportive environment where young people can thrive.


Throughout her work at Tipton Middle School, Conger has been a trusted advocate for students and families, helping to bridge gaps between educational settings and behavioral health services. Her collaborative approach, compassionate leadership, and dedication to student success have made a lasting impact on the lives of countless students.
