Can you share the story of how Helt Realty was founded?

Dave Helt founded the company in 1979. Justin Helt joined the company in 1998. In

2024 we welcomed Ryan Chudzynski and Joe Bucinski to our listing and sales team.

What sets you apart from other agents in the area?

At Helt Realty we have a wide range of services including traditional sales, residential

appraisals, and farm appraisals.

How has the real estate market in our community changed over the years?

We have been through many seasons in real estate: from very high interest rates, to

recession, to high inventory levels, to low interest rates, and now to very low supply of

houses. One thing that remains the same is that we are here to help with all of your real

If you had one piece of advice for someone looking to buy a home, what would it be?

With a limited supply of homes on the market and high competition with other buyers;

being pre-qualified for your purchase is paramount.
