4C Health Names Virga Smith as 2026 Behavioral Health Champion-Community Member of the Year Fulton

4C Health is proud to announce that Virga Smith has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Behavioral Health Champion Award-Community Member of the Year.


This prestigious recognition honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to improving the lives of others and advancing the well-being of their communities through service, advocacy, and compassion.


For more than 35 years, Smith has served the community as a certified public accountant while also dedicating countless hours to charitable and civic organizations throughout Fulton County. Her leadership and unwavering commitment to helping others have created a lasting impact on individuals and families facing hardship.


Smith has played a vital role in supporting vulnerable populations through Fulton County H.O.P. E’s initiative, helping address the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Through her work with St. John’s Lutheran Church, she has also helped provide

essential resources and support to community members in need. In addition, her leadership of the Celebrate Recovery group has offered encouragement, connection, and hope to individuals navigating personal challenges and recovery journeys.
