Integrated Care Clinic Opens in Rochester

Four County and Indiana Health Centers, Inc. integrate behavioral healthcare and primary care

Rochester, IN – The Fulton County Chamber of Commerce staff and board of directors celebrated the partnership between Four County and Indiana Health Centers, Inc. (IHC) with a ribbon cutting on January 27, 2021. IHC President/CEO Elvin Plank noted, “Thank you all for coming today, we are so glad to have you all here. The importance of access to behavioral health and primary care in today’s world is huge. Many who cannot afford it don’t get it. I want to compliment Four County for their great partnership with Indiana Health Centers, it is awesome to have primary care at behavioral health clinics. I appreciate Dr. Carrie Cadwell’s leadership at Four County.” Chamber Executive Director Jillian Smith added, “It is a privilege to have such wonderful, comprehensive services available in Fulton County.”
