1. How did you get started in the power washing industry? I initially began by doing residential work on the weekends while I was in college. My father helped me get started with my first trailer and allowed me to borrow his truck to complete jobs. 2. How long have you been serving the community? We have been in business since 2023. 3. What types of services do you specialize in? We specialize in residential and commercial exterior cleaning, such as house/building washing, window cleaning, concrete cleaning, roof washing, gutter cleaning, and many more exterior cleaning services. In the winter, we also do custom Christmas lights for residential and commercial properties. 4. What is your most requested service? Our most requested service is house washing, but window cleaning is quickly becoming popular. 5. What kind of equipment or cleaning solutions do you use? Some of you local to Rochester may have seen our truck and trailer setup out and about; that is our preferred way of setting up our equipment. For cleaning solutions, we use a process called soft washing for homes, roofs, and soft surfaces. This process involves using an algaecide to eliminate the green algae, moss, and other organics that wreak havoc on these surfaces. For cleaning concrete and hard surfaces, we use traditional pressure washing methods. Regarding window cleaning, we use traditional methods and reverse osmosis purified water that leaves the windows streak-free after rinsing. 6. What sets your company apart from others in the area? What I believe sets Premium Exterior Cleaning apart is a unique combination of professionalism and hospitality. Our motto is, “Where we put people over profits.” I believe this exemplifies exactly how we conduct business: we put the wants and needs of our customers above our bottom line. We are more than capable of handling any job thrown at us, just like a large company, but we possess the attentiveness and personability of a small local company.
